I had reserved the 22 & 23rd not realizing it until we got there on Thurs the 21st & that was the date I originally wanted., so I couldn't check my email on my computer as I was in Valdosta. So we went out to my car to try & figure out what to do., went back in & the guy said he cancelled it & gave us a room & I had to pay again after I had already spent 118 bucks & some change I wasn't to happy about that.So I want to know will I get a refund on the $118 bucks that I spent to reserveit? & also the people on line tried to help but I wind up putting in 30 bucks for a 5 dollar question.that is supposedly be returned

The room was spacious and cooled easily. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were small but comfortable enough. The bathroom was a little tight but with just 2 adults for 2 nights, it was workable. Calandria at the front desk was the absolute best. She was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She made the stress of the purpose of the trip a little easier.

The clerk who checked me in was fantastic. Otherwise, this property is clearly a rehab project, or should be. The workspace area behind the counter was cluttered and very uninviting. The building was dated. The room had an odd odor, and the toilet ran all night.

A mixed review
The room was great! The front desk was great! But the hotel conditions in general were fair. Halls were dirty, and they smelled bad. People hanging around the parking lot made it feel less than secure. But as I said, the room itself was great- did not smell, and the bed was extremely comfortable and the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Cable TV was off but this was probably due to the hurricane that had just came through. My room was the very last one so the WiFi was a bit patchy. Breakfast options were lacking but was still nice, staff were all very friendly. Nice place to stay but removed 1 star due to the small issues.

Cant say how it was never got checked in had problems with the system and was told room unavailable, tried to get help from hotels.com and got no help ended up paying cash at another hotel and still havnt gotten this resolved. Will definitely not use hotels.com again anytime soon . Been a member for a very long time , they realy let me down!
