When I booked it on Expedia it was advertised as a Comfort Inn which I relied on their reputation. Quality Inn is not a standard of accommodation that I would choose. I was disappointed.

Not a Bad Stay, But We Had Some Issues
The check-in was nice, and although we received no communication back regarding our ground floor request. We did get a ground floor and could back our car to the room. We were sadly placed right across from the door to the breakfast area, and after 6:00 am, there was no sleeping, plus at night, it sounded like groups spent time in that area. We always think that perhaps we get the worst room since we booked with Expedia. The room was nice. Had all the amenities, but the fridge was loud and kept us up at night. The bed had hard sides and not that comfortable. The sofa bed was nice, but very tight in the room. They served a supposed hot breakfast, but the eggs and sausage/ham were not very hot. The hot steamer must have been set too low. It was okay all the same. The Hotel needs to decide whether it is a Comfort Inn or a Quality Inn.

This was the best experience when traveling with a pet. We literally backed up our vehicle to the sliding door of the room. The grounds were kept clean of garbage and dog droppings. The hallways were clean and well kept. The free breakfast was delicious. Warm food was available (eggs, sausage, waffles) as well as baked goods! Most important for us with breakfast was the coffee was very good! We will definitely be staying here again and we travel often for medical appointments in Barrie!

We are in town to be present at our daughters death. This may not be fair as we are cranky. On check in their systems was down and we couldn't check in until the data was hand written. 25 min. The staff pleasant. Room was good ate pizza in. Exhausted. Left the room a mess to get to the hospital. Long day. Returned. The room was not made up. Old pizza and napkins. A mess. Called to complain. Informed we needed to ask the desk to clean the room. The staff person was cool to indifferent. Garbage placed outside of room. Out of toiletries, paper, towels etc. Put a hanger on the door to have the room made up. Breakfast was good
