The rooms were dirty the room had visible wear the door did open easily had to be forced cobwebs in the hallway and the stairways the place just looks old and not cared for and the way breakfast is laid out could be much better with just a little effort if it wasn't for the fact that it was so close to Sequoia I would have left early

The room was generally clean, but the facilities in general are old and very worn. The property could use some reinvestment with updating. No A/C in the breakfast room where the temp was over 90. Unfortunately there is not much choice in accommodations near the park.

The staff were phenomenal. We ended up checking out a day early because of so many ants showing up all over the room. There are very limited dining options in the area so it was nice to have the microwave in the room.

We were disappointed with the room. The bath tub was dirty. The bathroom fan was not working. The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms need to be refurbished. It was very expensive for the quality. I would have expected to pay half the price for the room. The location was great for our trip to the Sequoias.

Stayed here because it was close to Sequoia National park. The pictures online were deceving and obviously from a long time ago. The door to the room took several tries to open because they were old and dated. The tub was not the cleanest and the shower was basically a trickle. Worked for us for a few nights but wouldn’t come again. But in all honesty there really isn’t many choices for this area. Without driving far.

Decent experience
The staff were very helpful and accommodating when our plans needed to change. The room was pretty clean. We had a nice suite and enjoyed the jacuzzi until it wouldn’t turn off. The biggest knock on “comfort” is that it only had a small bottle of lotion and one bar soap.

Went for a family trip. Two night stay definitely a great location. Pool amenities were very used and towels were hard as rock.. the staff was very friendly. A little overpriced for the conditions but a great trip was had
