The second and third nights resulted in my door key not working. After going to my room with my hands full I had to return to Lobby and get the keys remade. This was inconvenient. My key should have been programmed to work all three nights

While the property itself was new and clean, I specifically booked here because my son has asthma and it says on the website that they are a smoke-free hotel. Our room absolutely reaked of an ashtray- as if the people before us has rolled in cigarettes. We didn’t check in until 9pm as we were traveling so I’m not sure how well our room was cleaned and if the filter system in the hotel ac unit is changed routinely. There was also a pubic hair on our toilet, hair in the shower, and urine on the floor in front of the toilet. The hotel itself is nice, but the cleaning staff could use a replacement.

Stop over on the way home... was nice, close to a lot of restaurants, well lit parking, nice breakfast and eating area - clean; we especially like the layout of serving food at LaQ - food is kept in a separate room!

My only complaint would be the check in process. We were arrived and had to wait behind 3 people who did not have reservations and had to wait nearly 45 min to check in. While I understand it’s not like this all the time but there should be another option

The property is conveniently located off of the interstate. There are dining options nearby. The hotel was almost fully booked, however, the person checking us in managed to make the process smooth even though several people were checking in at the same time. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is included, which is a plus!
