Thanksgiving Downer
The front desk staff was none welcoming. We’re bilingual so that wasn’t the issue, it was their approach. Reserved a balcony room with ocean view. Had the ocean view but you could stand shoulder to shoulder but no way could you sit. Expressed concern and they wanted to up charge us to change rooms. Disappointing. No entertainment, bar was closed, restaurant was more closed than open, and place was empty.

It was horrible we travel as a family with a baby and they never let us know their wasn’t elevators for the stroller. We ask how to get to the room! And they didn’t even give me the proper instructions even though they saw me with a baby and a stroller and it was dark outside! Also they charge $20 dlls to get towels for the pool! And when I wanted my money back they said no! Because I didn't had the ticket that they gave me! But I had the towels? So I don't understand their system. Never again if you are traveling with kids😒 also they had construction next to our rooms! So inconvenient

We Stayed for one night, it was very cold windy, we could feel the cold air going through the window we asked the front desk for a portable heater they told us they don’t have any , they only can provide xtra blankets, if we want to upgrade will cost xtra $85.00 . Make sure you ask before you book a room if there is A/C or heater, good luck.
