The property is not made for people with strollers or handicap they have stairs everywhere staff is rude and pools are dirty they offer day pass to everyone so the property is not clean at all .

Property itself was in a great location, but hotel needs alot of upgrades , rooms didnt have a/c or microwave or mini fridge, no ice machines on any floor, had to call to get towels that should've been in room already. Windows could be better secured and definitely needs more power outlets especially bed side. But staff was great. Would i stay there again, not likely, unless it gets a renovation

The woman who checked us in was not very welcoming she directed me to the wrong room. I went to 306 via and my room was 306 in the hotel when I finally reached my room I dropped down crying because I was so tired and frustrated. I drove eight hours to get to that destination, I spent Monday night there Tuesday morning. I checked out even though I had paid through Thursday and this was August 5 through August 8 the same woman that checked me in check me out and didn’t seem to care that I was leaving early. I will not be returning here , I have family that visits that place often and they recommended it. It was not a great experience.
