Honestly this resort was so beautiful I don't have the words. Absolutely breathtaking area, views all around of the mountains. Amazing staff. Fast shuttle service. Everyone, everything is just amazing I swear

I don’t pay for the Hilton name. I pay for a Hilton because of the property. This was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at and will never return. Left an overall sour taste in my mouth with Hilton

Decent Stay, But Needs Upgrades We stayed at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resoet during the winter and, while we got a good deal on the room, the resort needs some attention. The rooms are outdated and feel more like a motel—scuffed and run-down. The resort fee was high, covering pool access but not breakfast or other amenities. Aside from the lobby, much of the property could use better upkeep, and several things didn’t seem to be working properly or open. It was fine for a few days, but we wouldn’t return without major updates to the rooms that would justify the cost of the resort per night.

This was my first time staying at a resort in the U.S. and the experience was great! The customer service was beyond my expectations and the food was fabulous, especially at the Different Pointe of View restaurant (where I got engaged, thank you waitstaff for making the experience incredible)!!! Also, the resort was situated in an ideal part of Pheonix, allowing us to venture off into the city to explore. Highly recommend!

The resort it self had a lot of amenities! We really liked the golf course, the many pools to choose from, and the tocaloma spa! Liz behind the Starbucks counter was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I could bring her to the Starbucks we go to everyday at home! She was so personable, and just a lovely person to start your day with when grabbing coffee!! Two minor things would be the resort could use a little updating in some parts such a the sunset pool, and just random areas needing attention. Another thing that would be helpful would be one more dining option for dinner that’s a little more on the cheaper side. We give the resort 5/5 still and will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was easy and staff was helpful and went above and beyond. Offered us a late checkout and we had reserved a poolside room. He got us by the 21 and older pool area which was perfect. We ordered pizza and beer from the restaurant onsite and was delicious and delivered promptly. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was hot. Wish we could have spent more than 1 night.
