Fabulous modern hotel - with a heart! Very friendly staff. Great corner room with a nice little surprise waiting for me. What a wonderful start before leaving for a week in Mexico, a week that will end with another night upon my return. Highly recommend!

Convenience (almost right on top of monorail serving Toronto International Airport T1 and T3 therefore no taxi or shuttle to airport required) and reasonably priced relative to other hotels around the airport entrance.

We had a wonderful stay, so easy to navigate getting to the hotel from the airport-was a monorail from the airport. Perfect location to get downtown to Roger’s Centre (25 min on UPS train) the platform was accessible from airport. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner at restaurant -even gluten free options! Went with my 13 year old daughter the wknd of Taylor swift concert—thank you for the complimentary gift bag! Our 1st time in Toronto and we loved it!

The Hotel is conveniently next to the train shuttle. Unfortunately there is no signage to direct you to the hotel from the shuttle or from the hotel to the shuttle. It is an annoying oversight on their part. The rooms are very clean and well designed. The staff appear indifferent. The price is high but it is worth it for the location.
