Location was great with a lot of dining options and very close to Roger’s centre. Apartment itself needs maintenance. Bathroom door was noisy, toaster didn’t work, shower head in second bathroom was broken.

We loved staying here! We needed a place near the metro Toronto convention center and it was maybe a 3 min walk. It was so conveniently close! Comfy beds, each room had great views and a balcony. We plan on staying here again.

The location is great for visiting downtown area. Right across from the Toronto Convention Center which you can work indoor to get to the UP Express to go to YYZ. The apartment is perfect. I would prefer the lights in both bathroom and living room to bit a bit brighter. Nothing a few brighter bulbs cannot fix.

We liked the proximity to venues and restaurants and the apartment was clean and cute!! However directions sent via email were not the same as the directions given by security related to checkout. The kitchen appliances were nice but directions would have been helpful.

The check-in information on Expedia is not accurate. On Expedia it states that there is a front desk - there is not! Five days before check-in, this place where I had a reservation sent me a link through Expedia stating that I had to pay a deposit. I called Expedia to verify this was safe, and they said it was. The link didn’t work. I called Expedia back and they were no help. I called the place where I had a reservation, and they stated that this was their check-in process and they would not give me any other details for the reservation unless I paid the deposit. I stated that I would pay a deposit once I arrived just like their check in information on the site says. I would have never booked this place if they had accurate check-in information on Expedia, as I would not be comfortable sending money and a picture of myself holding my ID to a place that couldn’t give accurate checkin details, or send a link that worked through Expedia. It was not worth the risk of going to another county and not having a place to stay or having my identity stolen, so I canceled the trip and am out the money I paid to book the reservation.

The a/c would not cool, the apartment stayed too warm. One guest sat in a chair that was broken and took a really hard fall. Chair should not have been out for guest use.

Easy access to the Rogers stadium, but generally a very over developed and soulless area. The apartment was nice with a good view up high and clean and modern with a nice living and dining/kitchen area. Didn’t get a chance to use the facilities such as gym, etc., because it was a short trip.

The staff in which you speak to in order to contact the building were extremely difficult to work with. They were terrible to work with and did not communicate well whatsoever. They seem like a big scam if I’m being honest. The staff informed me of multiple different pricing for the security deposit which was very off putting and unsettling. Felt like a set up for a scam. They also sent our parking spot AFTER we had already checked in and paid for the daily parking through them, so by the time we found out the proper parking spot we had already gotten a ticket. Not only did we pay for parking but we then had to pay the ticket because they lacked punctuation when it came to communicating this information. The staff made it very clear that there is to be no damage done to the space yet upon check in we noticed unfinished drywall mud patches on the walls that had yet to be sanded and/or painted, the windows surrounding the unit were covered in dust from the inside which indicates that the rentals are not being cleaned sufficiently considering it was extremely noticeable when trying to look outside at our view. When expressing how frustrating our stay had been, the staff hung up the phone on us. Overall this has been the absolute worst stay I’ve experienced while booking through Expedia. This place is entirely a money grab. I would highly recommend you stay elsewhere, unless you’d like to pay an arm and a leg for your stay, as well as all the add on they charge afterwards.

The place is nice aesthetically but is lacking with basic things for a group of 6 to stay. Not enough dining utensils (fork, spoon, and teaspoon). Have to wear rubber slippers in ensuite bathroom as it was dangerously slippery while taking shower. It would be nice if there were regular TV channels provided if not being a smart TV unit. The main bathroom sink was clogged during our whole stay and wasn't able to use it all. A bread toaster was provided but wasn't working. It is nice that the stove with oven is working. The rooms are of good size, clean, with enough pillows and sheets provided, and with access to balcony.
