Monte Carlo hotels are my fav places to stay when traveling...from staff to other services are top notch 👌....Rooms are always quiet and spacious...having a room with a jacuzzi and fireplace adds extra luxury experience.

We checked out Room 425 on Sunday Jan 12, my friend left her slightly used Chenal SUBLIMAGE MASQUE behind and didn't notice until last night. We went back to check with hotel front desk this morning but was told the house keeper threw it away as garbage. It is very irresponsible as every body knows it is an expensive cosmetic, they should have left it at the front desk. I speculated the staff has kept it and claimed it was threw away. I am very upset about the incidence and very unhappy with this hotel staff and management.
