air conditioner was not putting out cold air. to be fair it was on the 19th floor and a hot day but it was very hot in the room. otherwise it was fine.

It was a good location right above the train the station. We booked a King bed but the bathroom was a bit wierdly situated with no secure bathroom doors. We wanted to be able to warm up our food but they had no microwave and could not provide us with plates either. Other than the above it was a decent stay.

I would have given my stay a 5 star but I found it odd that there was no vent in the bathroom so it made the place feel damp, which kind of explained the musty smell when you walk in.

I was a guest of the Novotel Center and I made an extension of my stay by mistake at the Novotel North York. They didn't want to give me a refund even if i called 5 minutes later the booking and I was in the partner Novotel in downton Toronto. Very bad experience, it's no the way hot to treat a client the comes every year in the same hotel.

Staff was pretty rude and not very helpful. Couldn’t even accommodate a microwave. Not the best place but not the worst. Also the rooms have that weird old carpet smell.

I loved it! Next time I will know how to move around better. But the experience was great for a first time. I will be back. The hotel was excellent as well. Will stay here again when I do visit.
