I really enjoyed my stay at Sandman. I would love to come back.
One MAJOR thing that could be improved on would be the time the shuttle took to get to the aiport to pick us up.
We waited almost an hour to be picked up. We called multiple times with no update as to when they would come. The hotel is 5-8 minutes from the airport.
On the way to the shuttle the next morning we heard another guest complaining about the same thing - that he valued his time too much to wait for the shuttle to pick him up.
I suggest having the shuttle run every 30 minutes to the airport to prevent delays and to ensure that guests can access the “free shuttle service” in a timely manner.
It was a bit annoying having to call for the shuttle as well. So much nicer if we just went down and knew when it was going to be there to get us.
Rooms were nice, clean, modern with plugs in appropriate places!
Loved that the soaps were not too harsh smelling as that sometimes bothers me when travelling.
Staff at the front desk were pleasant, competent, and welcoming, which I was surprised since the staff member we called for the shuttled was somewhat dismissive. It was not the same staff member as when we checked in.
Overall, a good stay but would consider Uber if they don’t change their transportation service as time is valuable!
We were on business. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They gave us an extra early check in as our flight arrived at 9am. Helpful to let us know what was in the area. happy with our stay.

The front desk was very helpful especially Tase. The service in the restaurant was very good too.
I have started here many times, I like the time, location and amenities. Tis time my room was not a clean (bathroom floors covered with lots of hair, toilet seat was left up, and a few little things. Nothing enough to complain about or stop me from staying here again.
