I really love the rooms that have a kitchenette, w/d and the balcony. I always reserve those particular rooms when I come to the city. Could use a bit more attention to detail about cleaning, especially the balcony doors and glass railings. Other than that it is my favorite place to stay.

Liked that Moxies was attached and able to get room service, easy access out of the airport. The ac was a little wonky because it was either too hot or too cold and felt like an older unit. The bed was good and the staff was good for check in and friendly. I will go back. Price was right too.

The hotel was great very clean and the rooms were renovated. The staff was very nice. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport that runs 24hrs and it was great. The driver was very friendly even picking us up at 3:30 am.

My TV had no remote. I called guest services 3 times and was put on hold each time and no one ever came on the line to assist. My room was dirty with giant dust balls around the microwave and on shelves and small bits garbage and carpets not vacuumed around the beds (and I know this because I was on my hands and knees looking for the remote)
