Outstanding service by the head receptionist in dealing with a difficult problem.

Very good experience with this hotel, staff were very pleasant and friendly. We booked an accessible room which had excellent facilities for those who are not so mobile. Breakfast was a buffet, and was very good overall. Only slight negative was we both found the pillows on the bed a little uncomfortable, and would have preferred a choice

We had a lovely stay at The Imperial Hotel. The room was spacious and lovely, with sea views and a balcony. We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a huge choice. To top it all, the weather was sunny and mild even though it was mid January! Loved it!

Lovely place to stay and relax staff are excellent and food and spa was lovely to highly recommended im doing a full weekend next time

This is a great getaway hotel. It's just outside Torquay with views out over the bay and around the corner from meadfoot. The hotel has a mini spa which is perfect for unwinding. Proper full breakfast in restaurant with views over the bay.

We had a junior suite and it was lovely. Fantastic sea views. Would def stay again.
