The convenient downtown Traverse City location means a quick walk or bike to the local restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks outdoor events, etc. Also, the perfect away from homework space, this property has recently been updated with a top-of-the-line modem and router and now boasts rip-roaring high-speed internet throughout the entire property!

Recently renovated, this downtown waterfront condo offers 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths on 3 levels with an attached 1 car garage. Additional off-street parking is available for guests. The main floor features the living room, half bath, kitchen, and dining area with an enclosed all-season room. The middle level features the master suite, a guest room, and an office/workspace. The third floor offers an additional family room and game area and guest room.

The cheerful and serene decor invites you to celebrate northern Michigan every moment of your stay in Midtown.

This home has a 30-day minimum stay due to local zoning ordinances. Daily and weekly rentals are not permitted.

Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25
- 1 dog OK with pre-approval and payment of $150 non-refundable pet fee. Non-aggressive breeds only.

Just what we needed
This is a clean, spacious, comfortable property in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. During our month there in October, we explored so much of the great beauty of northern Michigan and it was wonderful to return to this special “home” at the end of each day.

Had a very peaceful stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Steps from breweries and only a couple blocks from downtown. What a wonderful 35 day stay.

Riverfront Condo
This property is excellent for a long stay.....as we stayed here for four weeks. Construction on the downtown Traverse City bridges made getting around a little tricky.

Absolutely perfect!
We frequently travel for our work and stay in many rental homes/condos. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had to date. The condo was well appointed, spacious and in an ideal location for walking to restaurants and downtown attractions. The management company was friendly and professional, always quick to respond. I look forward to staying here again.
