To get to your room you have to go trough a maze layout on a dirty carpet. The shower had black fungus on a corner, the water was extremely hot even only with the cold faucet open; the soap and the shampoo are in poorly dispensers. To get out of the slippery shower (bathtub) the only option was to hold on on a burning tube. No electrical outlets beside the bed, not even behind the night stand. At the lobby a fruit platter with a rotten apple and no help to get the luggage out of the car to the lobby, for which you have stairs and a improvised ramp. TV on the room never worked nor was fixed. Far from being a 5 star hotel.
I have previously stayed at the GP and the standard has gone down in most aspects except breakfast which now is outstanding in strong contrast to the dinner service which now have changed I to a glorified Chinese restaurant possible to serve Asian tour groups
My only issue was the wifi was slow and times disconnected. Which as an international business traveller at times became difficult. Also, charging North American devices with adapters was extremely slow. Sometimes 18 hours for an I pad...

Rude and dismissive staff. Hot room - AC did not work very well.
Room was great - although a long walk as in their second building. Hotel quite a walk from bars and restaurants, but very close to the shopping district. Didn't eat in the hotel or use their leisure facilities, so can't comment on them.

great location, building is a maze, our key would not work and we had to be changed in a different room after quite some waiting time. The staff did not try and make up for it by giving us even as much as a complimentary water...
No doorman I had to lug three suitcases by myself. The same thing happened last time I was there. I called the front desk and information at 10:30 in the morning because my AC was not working and there was no answer
The reception was fabulous. They let us check in a bit early, the staff was very helpful and friendly! The restaurant food was 5 stars and the wine. My daughter and I were very happy and impressed by the service, staff, food and the hotel! I will stay here again on my next trip to Italy!!
