This stunning and stylish lakefront two bedroom two story townhouse has been completely refinished and features a private beach and private boat dock on the desirable West End of Donner Lake. This is one of the only lakefront locations that offers a full unobstructed view of the entire length of Donner Lake! The townhouse was fully remodeled in 2015 with a brand new kitchen, top-of-the-line GE stainless appliances, all new furnishings, and a full size laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer.
Enter the home by traveling up one flight of stairs to the front door. Starting at the entryway, every inch of space has been put to use. As you walk in, there's a stone floor, bench and coat rack. A half bathroom leads to a full laundry room with extra storage space. Your eyes will be drawn across the space to the double sliding glass windows that open directly to beautiful Donner Lake. Just past the mudroom space, you're in the beautifully updated kitchen. Top line appliances compliment the dark wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and modern, pendant lighting. An island gives the cook a little extra room, with space for family to sit and chat. Sharing the open space, the large dining room table has room for all, and a skylight adds natural lighting. The living area, open to both the kitchen and dining area, completes the floor. A flat screen TV/blue Ray DVD and a wood burning stove framed in river rock round out the great room space.
Off the living space a covered deck with adirondack chairs are waiting for you overlooking your private beach and the crystal clear water of Donner Lake. On the deck you have the entire length of the lake in view - simply breathtaking! The deck and private beach also offer an incredible front row seat to the Donner Lake 4th of July fireworks!
Upstairs, you'll see additional entertainment options; including a loft space with flat screen TV/DVD and an entire wall filled with books, DVDs, and games. A trundle bed converts to two twin beds for extra sleeping space. The first bedroom upstairs features a king bed and access to a balcony. The rustic wood furniture reminds you you're living the mountain life!
Sharing the upstairs balcony, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with one twin bunk bed for siblings or best buddies to share. The large upstairs bathroom features a shared vanity area with a full shower space and toilet that can close off for privacy. On the other side of the sink area, there's an oversized soaking tub surrounded by tile with room for toys or a book and a glass of wine; which can also be closed off.
The townhouse comes with a dedicated boat slip, lounge chairs, shared barbecues, picnic table areas and an on-site marina. The on-site marina offers a full selection of rentals from kayaks and paddle boards to jet-skis, ski boats and pontoon boats. Everything you need is right here!
Donner Lake is a year-round playground! Boating, skiing, and fishing are of course the top draws, but spring flower watching and fall hiking/biking are not to be missed. In the winter, enjoy easy freeway access and a few minute drive to Boreal and Sugar Bowl Ski Resorts. Northstar and Squaw Valley are easy 20 minute drives. All you need is steps away!

• BBQ's – BBQ's will be cleaned and sanitized once per day and then all are encouraged to clean and sanitize the BBQ's before and after use with the CDC-approved chemicals that will be provided
There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
