The only issue with this particular property is the hazard when leaving the main entrance, due to the high hedges vehicles that are leaking the parking lot's can't see you and could easily hit a pedestrian.

I did not like the idea you had to request your room be serviced daily! How stupid! Ofcourse, most people want clean towels at the least! Also I did not like dragging a suitcase up stairs to the second floor! No elevator
