Sierra Grande is a unique property with mineral baths in the heart of Truth or Consequences. We enjoyed our relaxing stay there and took a tour of the Ladder Ranch.

Very pleasant staff. Very helpful with various services and recommendations. No porter service at check-in. Bed was a little too soft for my tastes. Minor renovations need to be done in the room. Room was roomy and the soaker tub was a nice touch! Security was outstanding for both self and my truck. Will stay again.

The stay was nice and quiet, the breakfast was good. And I love the soaks in the evening after a long day at work. The only complaint I have was my massage I was not pleased with it; I was not expecting what I got. My massage was more of a pressure point deal, but my wife loved her massage.

Service was good, but I expected it to be for the price. The restaurant was not operating when there in Sep 2024. A smaller nicely renovated old building but be aware there is no elevator to the rooms if you are mobility impaired. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning included, but nothing extravagant. Note to management - please keep up with appearance and maintenance of the facility inside and out. The small things make a difference (like the nice coffee and water availability in the common area) but trash in the exterior area, broken walkway lights, cracked exterior border walls etc.. are a start to a declining property which will not bring a market premium in what customers are willing to pay.

Really cute, unique property. The hot mineral soak was really nice after a long drive. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. My only issue was that the shower in our room was not warm, it was borderline cold-lukewarm and never warmed up.
