A great place to stay when arriving late or leaving late in the evening. Comfortable rooms with access to a pool. Very well priced. Easy access to Nusa Dua and the Seminyak strip in a taxi.

Great hotel very convenient between international and domestic terminals. Although on arrival from international arrivals the signage not the easiest to find. Didn't expect to have to walk through a multi storey car park to find hotel entrance.

Room was a bit sparse. Bed, desk and only one chair, even though it was a two person room. No table and only a bedside shelf each side of the bed. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet, even though attached to a big airport. Very convenient for late night arrivals.

Very convenient large airport hotel; easy walk to either domestic or international side - especially the direct access from lobby level to international departures! Dining options were very good and the in house spa was a treat. You wouldn't want to spend your entire vacation here, but this Novotel is super comfortable to bookend a trip that has late arriving flight and/or early departure.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a long haul flight and needed a much good bed to sleep in. Staff listened to our needs and accommodated us in the most timely and efficient way. Room is clean and comfortable. Buffet food and availability of 24 lounge and in room dining added icing to the cake! Would be our go to hotel when we visit Bali again!
