Well run hotel. Staff was very friendly. It opened the usual 6:00 am breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate all of the cyclists (Tour de Tucson) staying there. Much apprecaited.

Overall the hotel is clean with nice amenities (breakfast, pool terrace). However, the reception staff seem to not be trained very well in customer service. I didn’t have any issues personally, but on my 3-day stay I heard two different customers being treated very poorly and rudely by the receptionist, which seemed quite unprofessional.

Overall our stay here was good. It was extremely busy and felt very congested. Breakfast was beyond busy and there were a lot of kids and teenagers there. Parking was easy, close, and inexpensive for the weekend. The elevator system is interesting and a little frustrating. It took a while to catch one and a majority of times they were full. They had a great lobby area and very comfortable.

Extremely pleasant, comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spotless. It had a comfortable bed, nice linens, and the bathroom was large with ample space in the shower. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the convention center and restaurants.

I picked this place because it was within walking distance to the Concert Hall-just 5 minutes! This is where I want to stay when want to stay downtown Tucson again.

I was disappointed this time. The thermostat in our room malfunctioned repeatedly, leaving our room sweltering at 80 degrees often and then freezing other times. The pool only has 3 lounge chairs and would not open their doors to use the deck before 9 am or after 9 pm. It was way too hot to use it during those timeframes, so earlier in the am or later in evening was essential. We didn't even want to swim--just be outside. Have stayed many times but likely won't again.

The room was very nice and great that you could leave the car in the car park after checkout. It was disappointing that the pool did not open until 9 as I wanted to swim before breakfast. For the sake of the planet, I suggest the hotel invests in a dishwasher so that everything used for breakfast does not go into landfill.
