This is one HOT property your coming to !!! Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or escaping the winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Home. 1100 sq ft of living space and New Hardwood floors throughout. We have Thought of everything !!! --- full kitchen, all new linens, blow dryer, iron, washer / dryer - patio set - everything you could need for a long or short stay !

Bedrooms -

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are cot style beds for extra guests.

GUEST ACCESS

Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 1. There is space alongside house to park an RV though not covered). Dryer and washer included as well-

We live in in the same neighborhodd, so we've available as miuch or as little as needed. . That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Fun time in Tucson

A small group of us stayed here for one night as we made our way to Saguaro National Park. The place was clean, tidy, and a great location. The only reason I’m giving is 4 stars is because the couch was insanely uncomfortable. The sections are in pieces and on wheels.

Great Hosts!

I was in Tucson because my husband was having surgery nearby they were also very accommodating because of my change in dates. This house was great for myself and my two dogs and has a big yard for them to roam around. Anytime I needed to get a hold of Taylor and Yuko they responded right away so I highly recommend this place!!

Wonderful Stay in Tucson

This place was amazing even better than I imagined. The house is very nice especially the kitchen they had everything you will need. Everything was very clean and nicely put away and the backyard was very cozy. The grill worked very well and I was able to have a great night in this home!

Was a perfect get away for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Has everything needed for your stay. Park is a block away, fenced yard for our dogs. Very responsive is any questions were needing to be answered. Location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great little house

Convenient and easy access to U of A. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space (although TV options were disappointing). Right near bike blvd and wonderful place for morning runs and walks. Backyard was great but could use some landscaping. Also did not realize there was a separate Apt on the property. The dogs nearby were loud. And the Vrbo listing promised a grill but sadly the only one was too old to work. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Comfortable house in a great location and quiet neighborhood.

The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and bedding (also paper products) are provided. The lounge area with 65 inch smart TV is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The yard is nicely landscaped with mature plantings. Taylor and Yuko are quick to respond to any questions. The property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Target etc.

Not one complaint!

I had stayed at one of Taylor and Yuko’s properties and had a great time :) There’s a large T.V in the living room, big beds, comfy couches, bright and clean bathroom, beautiful kitchen and so much more. It’s in a good, quiet neighborhood, but also towards the center of the town which is perfect. It was a very clean and neat rental and I would recommend it to anybody! They were also very helpful for any questions we had, and responded pretty quickly! 10/10 stay!

Exactly what we needed

This was the perfect property for moving our son into U of A. It was spacious for the three of us and very clean. Also, just a couple miles to campus and shopping for dorm needs. We will likely return to this property again.
