Fantastic service at check in and checkout. Great people running the business. Clean, comfortable, smelled like banana in the hall? Pet friendly! Even our crazy kitten, who usually spends all of her time in the crate loved it. Thank you!

Tucumcari in general has had some hard times. Much of the commercial property in town is vacant. The hotel itself was fine. Appreciate the well lit parking lot. Vacant building next door makes the property look less attractive. There are some good restaurants in town, but they are a mile or so up the road.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read. The room was clean and the towels were as well. Whatever dining options you'd want aren't a far drive away. The location is quiet! The breakfast was substantial enough to start the day, with hot and cold options. I felt it was a good value for the price and I'd stay again if traveling through this area.

We had a king bed. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We tried to sleep on each side but we both rolled to the middle. Bathroom floor was a problem. Water was seeping up from under the tile when the pressure from our feet started it. Noisy air conditioner. Our first and last stay. After traveling hundreds of miles and very tired we do not need a very old well slept in mattress.

This is an older hotel but the room was large with a fridge that actually worked and a microwave. The room was remodeled and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheet were soft. Air conditioner worked great. Great value and friendly staff. We will make this our over night hotel again.

Thank you for the best night sleep of my whole vacation. They have the older style firm mattresses and we slept very well. They are moving the smoking rooms upstairs and they are trying to get the cigarette smoke smell out of the other rooms. The bathrooms and floors have been updated, flat screen tv's coffee maker in rooms ect. The night person ( Cindy ) was super nice and very helpful. This is my new favorite hotel in Tucumcari NM.
