The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff, lovely location and gorgeous rooms. The breakfast was great and we had an amazing stay.

Really pleasant staff throughout and when the shower broke they had it repaired with a new shower head by the time we returned from our evening meal. Amazing service!

This property is very convenient to the train station and is very walkable to the historical section of the city.

Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints.

We had a great stay at NALA in Innsbruck. The hotel nicely designed, comfortable and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Special thanks to Dani (Front Desk Staff) who definitely ensured that we had a wonderful stay!! Would recommend this hotel.
