Halls and room were completely disgusting. Smelled like urine everywhere. Sheets were covered little black and brown specs and had holes. Checked out immediately and never stayed the night.
This worse motel I stayed in my life very bad condition in and out very bad smell in your room and outside people smoking and hanging out night and smoking all over and also verse very noisy
This is the worst hotel i've ever been to. it smells like urine and feces. There are drug deals going on and cockroaches in the hallways. Children are left alone asking where their mommy is because they have no food and are hungry. The front desk didnt seem concerned or bothered by it and said that is their business not hers.
The hotel was disturbing. My room has roaches in it dead and alive. The bathroom has them as well, my bathtub was in need of makeover the paint was horrible. I ended just sleeping in my truck overnight due to roaches crawling everywhere I certainly didn't wanna take them home with me.
Worst hotel we have ever been in. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Tub stained all over. Wall paper peeling off. Towel bar falling of the wall. Dirty carpet. Heavy funk as soon as you walked into the hall. Heavy smoke smell. All kinds of shady people hanging around, smoking. Just a nasty. We got in so late we just stayed but got up early and got the hell out of there.
The tv didn’t work and I ask to have it fixed and it took them over 1 hr to come check it out. After finally coming they discovered there wasn’t a cable box. She then said it was going to be 1 to 2 hrs to get that. I left to go out with family and return 4 hrs later and still no cable box.
It was ok. For the price, you get what you get. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, inside had a distinct smell of smoke. Tub didn’t drain well. Needs a good painting. Bedding had cigarette burns and pillows were small
Keep in mind this is not Econo Lodge or Clarion it is a Homeless Shelter where all homeless people live there and it stinks i have to leave immediately after check in i don’t recommend to my enemies even.
The amount of cockroaches was ridiculous I completely understand that it’s getting colder so more bugs come inside but cockroaches are beyond ridiculous
I was very uncomfortable with the surroundings. There were men hanging around outside, and a homeless couple and their dog were in the parking lot. The room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a smoke-free hotel. I was only able to sleep for about 2 hours because of yelling somewhere around my room, and it kept sounding like heavy objects being dropped on the floor above me. I had pre-paid for 2 nights but checked out about 5:30 a.m. and forfeited the second night.
The room was clean but smelled like mildew. The bathroom was totally disgusting! Walter poring from the ceiling and black mold look at photos below! I went down and showed the GM and they only said sorry about that. They moved me the next day in to the 4th floor from the 3rd. In this bathroom there was no black mold and leaking but a cockroach going up the wall! I should have gotten a refund of something back for all this. It only got a sorry about that. I stayed there last year and it was not that bad. One year later the restaurant is now closed that was open last year and a TON of shady people just hanging outside and smoking pot. They looked homeless. I bet they’re staying here on a weekly rate. The parking lot had zero lights and is totally dark! Please stay somewhere else not here!!! This place is also the Clarion Hotel. Same building! I should have been offered a refund but nothing!
