All staff were awesome. The property and surroundings are really nice. The bathroom floor was not clean though, I’m suspecting my early check in request (which by the way was readily accepted) might have had something to do with that. I’m not complaining. Otherwise the room was exceptional. Bar, restaurant staff, check in and valet could not have treated us any better.

It was pretty amazing. Fancy hotel. Nice service desk people. Even the security people were nice. The hotels wear clean . The beds are comfy. And I was on the 11th floor so I got a nice view of downtown. 10/10.

Tulsa visit
Our trip to Tulsa was to visit a baseball game. The Hyatt was very nice with a large room and within walking distance, which we did not indulge. The hotel was very convenient to bars and restaurants which was a real bonus. The hotel had an eatery which we partook of. Overall a really nice place to stay. Will do again when in Tulsa in the future.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The rooms are maintained and clean. We also like the location of the hotel. It makes for an easy walk to other Downtown areas like Blue Dome and the Arts district.
