Lost my reservation, and the address they have listed is a parking lot. Spend the $10 and go to the next hotel, package whatever. Not worth your time.

Room is large with microwave and small refrigerator, small roaches in bathroom, cold sometimes as control over heating is with front desk, difficult sometimes to have maid service, have to climb stairs as elevator is not in service.
I was greeted in the bathroom by a roach crawling on the sink. I was very tired so i grabbed a tissue and squashed it. Didnt see any more or feel anything while i slept.

Ive been trying to get ahold of expedia to get my money back and cant . When we arrived at thw motel that we hade booked through Expedia we were told that they no longer used Expedia therd party broker oyo and we could not stay unless we payed out of pocket . We had already played through Expedia . So we had to find another hotel and we had to pay $200.00 for it we could not find anything cheaper on such short notice. And we did not want to drag are sick child around anymore.

The housekeeping didnt come for 4 days. And they didnt have enougb pillows
This was an excellent hotel to stay after the price unfortunately they've stopped doing online bookings so now I have to pay twice as much to stay here. Or I would have had to pay twice as much to say here. No longer going to say at this hotel. I understand wanting you a surprise but more than doubling it's ridiculous
This hotel was terrible!!!! It was so dirty, the staff was rude, the rooms did not look as they were pictured, no breakfast, the tub was disgusting, there were holes in the walls, the walls were thin, neighbors were loud, everything about this hotel sucked. I couldn't get a refund.
This hotel is filthy! I have literally never in my life stayed at a place that was this disgusting. There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. Truly vile!
Okay check in was easy. But as we entered the room it was horrifying! The pics they have up are not the rooms at all! Like not at all. I had to go get cleaner to clean the room it was that gross! 1st I always check the bedding ( bed bugs, gross smears, etc...) the bottom cover had crust all over it! So I took it off and my husband took it too the front desk. Then as I looked around there were smears all around the hotel room one wall had boogers wiped on it, dirt, grime, etc. Like sticky tops to everything, etc... so as I started to unpack I opened drawers to mulitple pieces of furniture and there was literally mice poop in the drawers!! Like seriously tons! So I washed them out. At this point I'm not taking anymore chances and I just literally start spraying as high as I can reach with cleaner and wiping everything! After I cleaned for 2hrs! The wash cloth white was literally dark brown now. And I felt satisfied with my cleaning. That night was horrible! There is a back door to the room which was super convenient but..... it dropped in temp that night and this door drafts hard like I'm talking the curtain flying up draft!!! I was out with my friend and my husband had me buy a heater just so it wasn't freezing in the room. The heater they had in there wouldn't cut the mustard to how cold it was in that room. Also they had duck tape on the bottom of each door. Apperently they knew about the draft issues. It wasn't just the bottom of the door drafting though! It was the whole.
There was blood stains on the beds, hair in the sink, no new toilet paper, the shower was leaking, the bed was being held up by card board and the head boards weren’t attached.
Front desk assistant was rude and the manager was worst. We just wanted a full refund, but we only received a partial refund. The rooms were not as they were on the picture in the website, they were dirty, roaches everywhere, and the whole place was infested with rats!!! Will never again get a room with oyo hotels.
I called the property to verify I had a room after booking with Expedia. I was informed booking with Expedia did not hold a room even though I entered my credit card information. I asked to cancel the room and was told it was canceled. The company still charged me a no-show fee of $30. Expedia informed me the hotel will credit me $30. I have not received it yet and I am being tossed around with the customer service of the hotel. I would not recommend booking this hotel
Good personnel, unsanitary property !!! Would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay there again myself. Rooms are not clean daily towels and linens are not changed sinks overflow with hair and noodles. Just very very gross.
Bugs. No AC. No elevator. Guests fighting in the lobby. Nasty room.
The hotel is being remodeled. I honestly don't blame the staff. They can't help how their hotel is right now.
There are roaches. There are sketchy people hanging out around the hotel. There is no air conditioning offered at this hotel (because it's on a boiler system from the 60s, I was told)
The staff was nice enough, and I am hoping this property will increase in cleanliness and value as they work on it, but honestly I would not stay there until they are able to do HUGE renovations to every part of the hotel.
There are smells and moisture and all kinds of problems in the hotel that make it very inhospitable.
