On check out, I expected the $50 deposit required at check-in to be applied to offset my total bill. It was not, which surprised me. When I asked the clerk when the $50 deposit would be reimbursed, she said, rather acerbically, "it depends on your bank." While her answer may be correct, her delivery was lacking. She did not want to be bothered by what I considered a legitimate question (when and how will my deposit be reimbursed?) The only real service weakness was that my room was not cleaned each day--trash dumped, bed made, and clean towels and washcloths provided. It was only cleaned up once during my stay. Considering the price of the room, breakfast each day was very good, with hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk (regular and chocolate), juice (orange and apple), rolls and donuts, fresh fruit, breakfast bars, and coffee.
