Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers television in the living room and the bedroom as well as wifi. There is a queen bed in the bedroom.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and listening to Live Music, a tasty, convenient coffee shop and Chamacos Tacos was a hidden treasure.

Nice view and location.

The property is located at a nice, quiet location on the top floor, with views of the water. It is just steps from the beach. The unit is rather small, and is in need of some TLC. The check in process is very straight forward and the property manager is very responsive. There is a nice dive bar (Huck A Poos) within walking distance with reasonably priced drinks and food and excellent pizza.

Great place to relax

My husband and I enjoyed this cute little condo. Very clean and just as described. Tybee Island is a great place to stay. Our only complaint was there was construction going on while there (the whole place was being painted) and the halls were a mess. Would have liked a laundry room on the third floor as well. Host was very helpful and on top of things. Really happy with the unit. Thank you.

Perfect Hideaway

This condo is the perfect place for a couple to stay in a quiet little corner away from crowds. The bed is comfortable, the view is lovely, and beach walks or bike rides or reading can fill your day.

Peaceful

Very relaxing. We were on the balcony every day/night enjoying the view and listening to the waves. Condo was cute and well furnished. Hostess easy to reach. And Savannah is a quick drive with tons to do.

Great view

The unit we stayed at was dated but well maintained and clean. The view and location amazing. The view was amazing because there was not a day that went by that we did not see dolphins swimming. The location is because it’s not downtown with the hustle & bustle for tour season.

Amazing view!

We loved this place! It was perfect! The condo was just as described, with everything you need for a 6 day stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful place, this one is for you! North beach is a relaxing and less busy than South Beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play and the cargo ships pass by from the balcony. If you’re interested in the cargo ships, we’d highly recommend taking the Savannah Port Tour, it was awesome. The 2hr historical bicycle tour of Tybee Island was also a must do. If you’re looking for some yummy food, be sure to add The Crab Shack and Huc-a-Poo’s to your list. This place/area is a must see! We highly recommend. 😊

Wonderful Property with Amazing Ocean View

This property and its location exceeded my expectations! The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Location of the condo was close to many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away to the beach. Tybee Island is an amazing place to visit and I can’t wait to return!

Amazing view but this is an older condo and only has space advertised and is not large sleeping room. HVAC is atop the building and makes noise for those staying in room below; made it difficult to sleep.

Tybee and Savannah adventure

Enjoyed the quiet relaxation of the island with the beautiful view of the ocean and the historical tours in Savannah. Especially enjoyed the Segway tour and jump on and off bus tour. The Segway guide went above and beyond by tracking us down later with a missing backpack!

Nice little condo

My husband and I went on our 48th anniversary trip to Tybee Island. We had never been to this part of the country, although we travel much. The condo was small but very adequate. We did purchase potholders and some new spatulas for the condo (it's just how I roll) The view from the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and HUGE container ships travel past us.

Scrubbing Bubbles!

The property was as pictured, older but tastefully decorated with nice furniture. The view was lovely. However, the shower/tub was not clean. It could be greatly improved with the use of Scrubbing Bubbles to get all of the soap scum off and make it shine again. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I hope this feedback is helpful and you try out my suggestion.

Beautiful View!!

We loved this cozy condo overlooking the pool with a terrific view of the river. The condo was equipped with everything you would need, which was so appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins, boats and ships going by. This end of Tybee Island is much quieter and slow pace which we liked very much. Thank you!

The property was just as described. It was clean and was decorated nicely. The bed was awesome, the best 5 night's sleep I have gotten in a long time. Balcony view was great, and we truly enjoyed watching the dolphins play. The building itself was always clean. I really do not have any complaints except maybe a few more wash clothes. That was not a big deal though we purchased . them and some hangers at the local store. I was skeptical of the iron because I knew it was a way older model but it was awesome. They do not make them that good anymore. On the last day we did find the switch that turned the light on over the kitchen sink. The switch was hidden by the coffee pot. LOL that was on us for not moving it. We enjoyed our stay and if we do return again to Tybee Island, I know where we will stay! Thanks, Melba, for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Perfect location. Very clean easy check in and check out. Only thing I could say is they need a new lock for the door the key needs to manipulated a lot back and forth to get the door to open. Otherwise excellent for the price.
