You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA and Library. The living room is comfortably furnished, and access to the covered balcony, a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 5, and there are 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.
Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King, and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached primary bath with dual vanity and a whirlpool tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is also accessed through the hall.
