Cute cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family to enjoy. The location was excellent and two restaurants were within walking distance. Enjoyed playing corn hole in the spacious yard. Would definitely come back.

Family woman's trip

We do a family women's trip every few years. We had 10 of us this year. The house had everything we could have needed. We loved the back screen porch for lounging around, and the outdoor shower! Also the walk to the beach and shops was not far.

Visit to Tybee

What a great place! We met up with family to spend a couple of days in the Savannah and Tybee area. The house had plenty of space for all of us and plenty of furniture to all of us to relax. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in the area.

Perfect spot!

Everything was perfect! The mermaid cottage was exactly what what we expected plus even more! The host went above and beyond with communication to make sure we had everything just right for our stay! She even contacted me after we left because we left some clothes and we were able to come back and pick them up! We would recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Tybee! Funky House with Great Porch

Looks can be deceiving! When we arrived and saw the house, I was concerned. This was our first time in Tybee and we really didn't know what to expect. From the outside the house appears really rundown. But inside it's truly wonderful! The house is well-furnished, including the large diving room table which hosted game nights for us several evenings. And of course the large screened-in porch! We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood.

Charming Family Retreat

The communication with the owner began way before check in and she kept the lines open. Didnt have to mess with voice mail when I had a problem. Got a polite personal answer everytime. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. Charming decorations and we all felt right at home. The side porch was a popular gathering place. We had a great time.
