Nice pool. Convient to beach, shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, large pier. No staff on site at night to tame the all night party people. Can hear the conversations going on in the next room. Very outdated rooms with unstable wobbly room entrance door. AC unit worked well. Towels were clean. Lumpy bed. Toilet did not flush properly. Parking on ground level. Pool and rooms on level 2 and more rooms on level 3. Every side on level 2 and 3 had nice adorondac furniture to enjoy shade or sun to watch below all the comings and goings. Too expensive. Will not be back there again.

We liked that there was a roof pool, that was pretty cool. The room that we had was awesome, the bed was so comfortable my husband wanted one like it at home. The hotel was so close to the beach, it was a 5 minute walk. We will book again.

I loved the location of the property. It definitely felt like a "party" property and people were loud and drinking heavily. I was there with my kids so it was just weird. It was fairly old and my kids found a dead bug.

Pictures are deceiving
Moldy shower curtain. Pictures in listing must be old. Rooms need repairs and a deep clean. It says non smoking property but allows smoking everywhere but in rooms. Whole place smells like weed which hey do you but its hard to explain to a 4 year old that theres not actually a skunk. It is close to the beach but parking is TERRIBLE. Its very VERY tight and only 1 elevator on one side. We left our reservations early because of Debby and the potential for 24inch rain fall. No understanding from hotel staff. They looked at it like we will be at work so you can stay too which would've ruined a beach vacation. But its policy so I didn't throw a fit. However it doesnt make me ever want to stay again. Definitely wont be recommending this place.

There are great things about this hotel and some things that just stressed me out. If you have a larger vehicle, parking is going to be a nightmare. Luckily staff allowed me to park elsewhere when there weren’t spots I could fit into. It’s a great walk to the beach and food, but is it the most child friendly? Nah.

Ok, but no where near good.
Location is perfect. Didn’t use the pool. Overall, wasn’t a bad stay. Could use newer linens, and a good mopping. Our feet stayed black if we walked around barefoot in the room.
