This gorgeous raised Tybee cottage is situated near the Back River, the public dock and just down the block from Alley 3 kayak launch.
This cottage boasts a ground level area with beautiful flowering foliage and an outdoor shower with a really cute changing area. There are rinsing areas for gear and places to hang/dry gear. The perfect cottage (location and amenities) for kayak enthusiasts!
Moving upstairs, there is a wonderful screened porch for awesome beach naps! How much better can it get at a beach house??!! What's better than a nap with a salty ocean breeze! Also, there's additional unscreened porch area with lots of comfy outdoor seating.
Come inside and you are on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms on this level; master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with double bed. Also a 2nd bathroom located in the hall on this level. On the top floor, you will find the beautiful living/dining/kitchen area of the cottage. House is configured this way to take advantage of the awesome views from the top floor!

Overall, our family really enjoyed the visit at Vitamin Sea. The house has enough space for all of us. A few items that we mentioned to the management company was the dishwasher wasn’t working snd we found mouse droppings in the kitchen, which we had to clean up

We had such a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, spacious, bright, and everything we hoped for. It is in a safe walkable area that is a super short walk to the beach. We had such a wonderful experience with the property manager and the cleaning crew. They were great at communicating promptly, accommodating our needs, and being flexible with us. I could not recommend this property enough if you are coming to the area!!

Mermaid is a pleasure to deal with for property. Great customer service! Property is just like picture and description!!!! Property is in great location and was spacious for our family and everyone was comfortable. Property was well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Family had a great time! We had an issue with ice maker (didnt work) and the mermaids brought us ice within an hour:) Only recommendation would be to update a bit (sheets , towels )and move furniture on deck out of the line of rain. If it rains and it it did on us can’t use deck (which is amazing wrapping around house) as it gets soaked.

Vitamin Sea - just what the Dr ordered
We chose Vitamin Sea because of the location on the island and the 4 bedrooms. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for needs. The house was very clean. Loved the views from the kitchen/ family room. The property manager was in contact with us after we arrived and also arranged for an extra day when one of our guests woke up sick on the morning of our original departure. Great stay!

We had a group of 5 adult friends wanting a relaxing weekend on the beach while being close enough to get into the city...and we got it! The home is great, very clean, all the amenities you could want, and great communication from the property manager. Will definitely keep this on the list for the future.

Fun Tybee Trip
Good house and location to the beach. We’d walk to the beach each day and it maybe took 10 minutes. House is big and roomy. The 4 bedrooms were more than adequate for me, my wife and 3 kids. Kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed when we stayed in for dinners. Close proximity to Savannah for some fun day trips. Only knock on this property is the cleanliness when we arrived. The room my daughter used had dirty sheets that were stained orange and hadn’t been washed from previous renters stay. We washed them ourselves and that was fine. The room one of my sons had used was also not tidy. Papers and receipts were laying about and this bed was not clean either.. we washed those sheets as well. Again, the house itself is great as far as space and proximity to the beach and things to do. The cleaning crew was the only negative.

Plenty of room. Quite but easy walk or drive to all sites and locations. Staff did messages/emails several times to let us know they was available if needed. We all slept well, ate well, soaked up the sun, did some tours. Fun for all ages 47 to 18 months.
