My wife and I had an incredible stay at Westin Hotel and Resort. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. We had booked a photoshoot session and a massage during our stay, but due to unforeseen maintenance issues, the power outage lasted longer than anticipated, requiring us to reschedule both activities. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the hotel turned it into an opportunity to showcase its exceptional service. They generously provided a complimentary transfer to a nearby coffee plantation and a massage session, which was absolutely amazing. The professionalism and care displayed by the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. Despite the hiccup, we left feeling relaxed and grateful. This hotel truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

A gorgeous, laid back property. The infinity pool overlooking the river and jungle is wonderful, as are the bar and Westin farm. The Indonesian food is delicious (the Ayam Betutu is a stand out dish) and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The two bed room suites are huge. Superb.

The hotel was built in 2019 so their facilities are all really new. Swimming in the infinity pool is definitely a must do. The breakfast buffet is simple, but definitely has sufficient variety
