Nice sister night away
Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was super hot which was great. Beds were hard and had a dip/groove on one side so you would fall into it. Room was nice and clean.

We needed a place to stay and something to eat for just one night. The check in was easy the room was great and all we had to do is walk down the hall and multiple options for dinner. We would stay here again

No ice in our floor!! Machine was broken called desk told me to go to another floor and try!! That’s BS!! I’m handicapped and felt they should have had room service bring a bucket to our room. The hallway carpet was stained and filthy. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t offer valet parking with our room. $15 a day. Not what I consider an upscale casino or hotel

Planned a quick two night get away for the family. Property was clean and honestly exceeded my expectations. I don’t think some of the reviews match anything close to what I experienced. Everyone was polite and helpful. Complex was clean. Over all very happy and would stay again.

I like that there was a pool, however, there was sand and hair floating in it, therefore I used the sauna instead. Also, the option to check in using the kiosk was not available and the desk clerk could not access the system at the front desk, therefore had to go to the back with my id and credit card. I was very uneasy about that. The swedish massage was very nice and relaxing.
