Such a beautiful location. What a surprise opening the back drapes and seeing whiteface mountain right there!! The manager was very nice. Friendly place. Beautiful river and trails. Thank you!!

The location is so lovely. The ruver is breath taking. The views are gorgeous. It's so easy to get around to other places. The place isn't new. It could use some updating but it's not a huge deal. It's clean enough. It's dog friendly and we loved that !

Very recently upgraded rooms but still cosy and rustic. We enjoyed the ease of keyless locks and the hiking trails within walking distance to stretch our legs. The restaurant onsite was a real treat for a New Year’s Eve meal. Convenient but felt just remote enough for a short escape.

No email was sent regarding check in instructions and there’s no staff and phone rang in office when called with no one to pick up at 5 pm, a guest helped with check In which is nice and automated but poor communication. Bed was uncomfortable and could not sleep properly. Bathroom has hot water was the only plus. windows and blinds are dirty and old with cobwebs and dead bugs between doors . Close to trails.

It's an absolutely gorgeous setting. The restaurant is in walking distance, and there are hikes very close-by. However, the actual room is a little shabby, though perfectly adequate.
