This unit was very clean and conveniently located on the first floor. We enjoyed the coffee from the lobby each morning. The service was excellent and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Kids loved the game room and pool. We will definitely be back.

Very nice unit in a good location. I was Leary if being on the first floor, but the unit turned out to be kind of on its own and so quiet as far as other guests went. We would stay there again.

Perfect location at Ritz. Nice not having to wait for elevator. Ritz patio out front door to make biz calls etc. Layout of condo great for separation of bedrooms and condo lives big! Lounge entertainment and food a huge plus. Thank you!!

Great location, not a great unit
Loved the location however, the staff seemed disorganized and confused so we had to verify often we were getting our bill and not another guest, yet they were always friendly. The Ritz Ski Rental Shop misplaced our ski boots so they asked us to go in the back storage area to help find them. Again, disorganized but were very friendly while trying to resolve issues. Would go back to the Ritz but not recommend this unit - kitchen was missing most glassware, had minimal plates, one wine glass, 3 regular glasses, 2 steak knives, bent colander - basically needs to be fully restocked on kitchenware. Missing basics such as linens & blankets for pullout couch, pillows, so had to ask for them, etc.

Overall we had a nice stay. This property is nice, very clean and well stocked. It does have everything that you need. The steam shower was a nice amenity. We enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving while staying here. I highly suggest getting groceries and planning to cook. There is also a daily maid service which is great. Be aware there is no food and drink service until 1pm and the location is not walking distance for a quick bite/drink. Valet is $45 per day. They do run shuttles but we would have loved being in Vail Village for better access to slopes, shopping and food. The view on this unit is basically the road and blinds still not are fixed from previous reviews. I didn’t think this would be a big deal but it was when you want to see the little view you have. The floor heaters did not work. The property manager sent us to the Ritz maintenance for help but they were unable to assist because they weren’t the property owner so couldn’t actually address issues.

Be wary of thinking you are getting Ritz Quality
The sofa bed (which was sold to us as acceptable) was 4 inches thick. I called the property manager and was demeaned. The master bedroom bed was smaller than a queen and the mattress was older than me. The Ritz front desk people did everything they could to help but were subject to the property manager/owner. Terrible.

Nice place in the Ritz-Carlton
Overall, the place was very nice, and we enjoyed all the benefits f being in the Ritz-Carlton, which was great. The only negatives were that the decor was rather dated, and some of the blinds were broken or in poor repair, especially in the dining room. The blinds definitely need to be replaced.

Wonderful stay, few minor improvements needed
Love this place! The property is beautiful. The condo overlooks the road so you have to go to the lounge for a view, but the condo is also the most convenient in the complex. It is right next to the boot valet and the pool. Needs new curtains and new speaker system that doesn’t require an iPhone 4 plug in.

Convenient location with kids!
We love the Ritz - such a fabulous property with an amazing pool in lovely Vail location. Access to Lionshead Village and the Gore Trail is easy, yet you are removed from the bustle. This unit was very convenient with children due to the ground floor location, with easy access to the pool and lobby. The furnishings in the unit itself are a bit dated. The window coverings were falling apart and hard to maneuver in the main room. This wouldn't have been as noticeable, but our children were sleeping on the pullout couch so we needed the extra coverage. Would definitely be a perfect layout for 4 - was a bit tight with 6 as there wasn't a lot of storage space. There is also no outside access, or balcony, which we would have enjoyed. Luckily the close proximity to the pool allowed us to easily access the common outdoor space and fire pits. We did stay during Covid, so housekeeping wasn't provided - but we were able to get everything we needed upon request. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed all that Vail has to offer. The Ritz did a great job making us feel comfortable on our first post-Covid outing!!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as part of the Ritz Carlton residences. Access to the pool and outdoor space along with the other amenities of the property were great. And staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The unit itself could probably use a bit of updating (frayed and falling apart blinds and carpeting), and there were very little, if any provisions, which we believe could mostly be due to COVID 19 restrictions. All in all, we had a great stay.
