Nice comfortable condo with plenty of firewood.
Nicely remodeled. Leather couches! Plenty of room and seating for up to 6 people. Plenty of spices. Nice large covered porch. Short walk to the bus stop. Would stay here again.

Winter 2024
Overall the unit more than met our expectations and was well equipped. We only needed to bring in food. It was good sized for 4 and the showers were hot. The walk to the bus stop was short with a small downhill. View from the living was very nice during the snow.

Great Apartment, Bad Property Management
The property is great, greatly located, it has all the things that you need to have a great stay when you go to the mountain, the only problem we had was with the property management company, the apartment was not clean when we arrived and I had to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with the company for them to send someone to go and clean the apartment that day, it was a really bad way to start your vacation, if they fix that issue then the apartment is really a 5 star place.

Poor property management & COVID-19 cleaning
Nice property but in order to be classified as "upscale" the interior deferred maintenance should be resolved. The owners have done a nice job of appointing this unit. Location is excellent and the view is simply amazing and quiet at night. It is time to replace the property management company because they simply do not care. I arrived to find the building undergoing an exterior painting for the entire week. From 8 AM to 7 PM, the painters were working which included excessive noise of music, talking, yelling, and cussing. Windows, doors, and balcony were covered with plastic and unable to be enjoyed. The management company should not have rented the unit during this period. The interior of the unit was unclean, with many areas skipped since the previous occupant. Very disappointing. Despite an August tenant feedback that window screens were missing or busted, these remain a problem. I had even contacted Vacasa prior to my trip and they confirmed these would be repaired and replaced prior to my arrival. They were not. One morning while I was still sleeping, someone entered the condo despite the guarantee that no one would enter during a rental period due to the pandemic. This intruder claimed to be "maintenance" and quickly exited the unit when he realized I was present. Despite several phone calls to Vacasa for investigation and explanation, local management did not respond and remains unresolved. A privacy/security lock should be added to the entrance door ensuring occupant safety while in the condo. While Vacasa refunded me their management fee and cleaning fee totaling, they refused to refund or discount any of the rental fee or taxes.

Comfortable clean condo
Lovely rustic decorated condo located in quiet area with spectacular Mountain Views Perfect landing place after all day hikes and activities . My only suggestion would be to fix a torn screen off kitchen window , replace missing screen on bedroom window and fix patio screen as it was not on track . All that being said , everything else was good —would definitely rent again

Perfect - except for the dog hair
This is a nice little condo. I agree with all of the previous reviews. The views are beautiful from each window and deck, the condo complex has great amenities with a lovely pool and onsite tennis courts, and the condo is nicely appointed. It has everything you need. The owners stayed at the condo before us and they have a dog. There was dog hair everywhere - on the furniture, rugs, etc. And consequently there was dog hair on all of our stuff. We asked the manager to clean the condo. They came but didn't really clean. Had my son not liked the place so much and the amenities and views not been so nice, we would have left. No other previous reviews mentioned dog hair, so I was surprised. We did see lots of dead flies, that other guests commented on. Also - it was hard to communicate with the management company. They didn't answer their phone or return messages. I sat on hold for 75 minutes to ask a question and eventually gave up and hung up. We messaged them when the condo power went out asking what we should do - we never got a reply. I found them to be largely unhelpful and unresponsive. If you can put up with dog hair and some dirt/dead bugs, this place is perfect. If either of those will bother you, I'd look elsewhere.

Internet is a challenge
During our stay we had difficulties with the internet and cable. Was out for most of the trip. We contacted the property management and arranged for service multiple times with the internet provider (Comcast). As the property is located up the hill ( fairly steep for an older person), the internet signal is weak, so it was a challenge to fix. If you don’t need the Internet and cable then I would highly recommend.

Great place for skiing!
We had a great time on our first trip to Vail. The condo was right on the bus line so getting to/from the slopes was super easy. The condo is nicer than the pictures show. You do have to be hard core to use the hot tub in the winter since it's outside and no where to change! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Vail.

A perfect place to call home for the long Thanksgiving weekend
My younger son and I came to Vail to celebrate Thanksgiving with my oldest son and his gf who work in Vail. The condo was perfect! We felt home in no time. It was very comfortable. It is nicely furnished with great taste. When looking for small thinks like a vase, or fire start up/matches, or what was needed to cook a Thanksgiving complete dinner, they were rationally located where you would expect to find those at your own home. The stove top and oven were so efficient to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The beds are very comfortable , the condo is very quiet. The view from the living room is quite spectacular, particularly in early mornings when the first sun rays start to illuminate the highest summits. It was so good to have a very nice fireplace, and plenty of dry wood to burn to make cracking and roaring fires; what a treat for a person born and raised in Switzerland and now leaving in Texas for the last thirty years. Thanks to the condo owners to make their loving home available to us. It was a perfect and warm home to celebrate the long Thanksgiving weekend with my close family. In spite of the lack of snow, our five nights long stay was so perfect that we felt at home! We really do not want to leave this afternoon.

Cozy stay with a lot of charm!
My family of six stayed for four nights, and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff that cared for the place were very attentive, and always available to help. The home was well decorated, and very comfortable for all parties, and the location was very central allowing us to visit all of the surrounding areas, and shopping with a very short commute. Honestly the only real hiccup was the lack of bowls in the house, but that wouldn't stop us from returning. Thank you for all your effort!!

Beautiful views and quiet!
It was such a wonderful place to stay. We were able to catch the shuttle into the village very easily. The views were amazing as we sat out on the deck with our cup of coffee. It was quiet and just the right distance from the hustle of the village. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook our meals!!! We had such a wonderful time, we didn't want to go back.
