Compare Ski Hotels in Val-d'Isere

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response.

A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime!

Our arrival was smooth and we had a fantastic room on the 4th floor where we could lie in bed and look at the snow all the way up to Saulire. In the morning we were out onto the Jardin Alpine and can ski right back to the hotel

It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric) The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!

The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it.
