The staff were so amazing. We were travelling late into the night, and with a pet. Got in late after 1am, they had left us a voice message telling us our room number and where to find the room keys. In the morning the staff were so pleasant and helpful I would recommend this hotel to everyone 😃

Nice surprise in Valemont. It’s quite nice and the service is excellent. They even called me to see what time I was arriving as I was running behind and didn’t arrive till 2am.

Best place to stay in Valemount or surrounding area for sure. Clean room, quiet, the elevator is always waiting on your floor with the door open, and buffet breakfast is great too. I will look for this brand of hotel when I need to stay somewhere else and will for sure book again when staying in Valemount.

The staff is kind and as helpful as they can be, but they haven’t been given the proper tools to fix the hotel. Things are broken and can’t be fixed because of lack of equipment from the company. Unfortunate, as I won’t plan to stay again due to the inconveniences, although the staff has been great.
