We spent a very uncomfortable night here on July. The lobby was under reconstruction, so we were inconvenienced and breakfast was very limited. We understand that these things need to be done and can adjust. That the staff did not advise others that they could use the elevator, even though they had to use the side door was very inconsiderate. People were dragging their suitcases up the stairs to the third floor! We were placed in a handicap room, which sounds lovely, BUT... The electric shade over the window only went UP, even when you pressed down! That meant the the light from right outside our third story window filled our room with light all night, when we strongly prefer to sleep in the dark. A very negative experience, not at all the quality we expect from Holiday Inn Express!
