Hallways were not clean, but rooms were clean and good comfortable mattress and pillows. Also liked the shuttle service provided to get to the airport- was on time and starts as early as 5:00 am

I just booked for one night. It was smooth checking in the clerk has respectful told me what I need to know. He mentioned to me not to use the internet for nothing too important like banking because it’s not secured. The property seems like it was recently renovated, so it has a modern look. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. I would definitely go back again.

Our new Vancouver base
Excellent location, quiet, pet friendly, and lots to do as a family. We had the junior suite with a bedroom tucked away and a living room with a sofa couch. As per all sofa couches, loud and uncomfortable. We liked the separation and the two tvs. It’s affordable for Vancouver hotels, really good restaurants near by.

We were only in the hotel a few hours as we had a very early am departure. The hotel arranged for a driver, free to us, and he was right on time and this took so much of the stress from us. The managers were friendly and ver accommodating. Will stay with again for sure.
