I rarely leave bad reviews but I would give zero stars if I could. I feel that the hotel needs to take their feedback seriously. There were several issues with the drains in the sink and bathtub, we would have to turn off the shower head while still in the shower because the water would not drain fast enough. The sink did the same. There were several lights burnt out in the room and the bed and pillows were absolutely terrible. We stayed in town for a concert so at least we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the room. I brought the drain situation to the the attention of the front desk staff at check out and they just replied with “oh ok sorry” in a nonchalant tone. I genuinely wish that I paid a bit more money to stay at a nicer hotel.

We stayed here for a quick overnight visit downtown for a concert. We were very pleased with the check in experience which was fast and simple. The room was bright with lots of windows, clean, and comfortable. Tv was a little confusing to operate. Included mini fridge and microwave, plus keurig coffee maker and a kettle. We’d definitely stay again. I should also note that it was very quiet.

The property is fine and the staff are terrific. There are very few reasonably priced restaurants in the area. The White Spot Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food they offer. It does offer a ten percent discount to hotel guests. However $22.00 for a take out salad that comes with something that doesn't even resemble cutlery was horribly disappointing. Great Value Hotel!!!! Just eat elsewhere.

An Unforgettable Stay
My stay was amazing. Nice welcoming at reception. Got an upgrade. The hotel is clean and quiet. Centrally located. Easy access to transport, food, shops, entertainment. The room I got was spacious, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and kitchen. There is a White Spot restaurant next to the hotel. They offer 10% discount to hotel guests.
