Kudos to Housekeeping staff for a spotless facility! We also commend the designers for efficiency and waste management with hygiene products. The bed was comfy and we appreciated the provision of both firm and soft pillows. The breakfast was delicious and the menu was more extensive than at most other hotels. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and friendly; our “late hour” taxi was reimbursed!

We arrived late on a Thursday and stayed for less than 12 hours before heading back to the airport, so I can't give an in-depth review. Staff were excellent - shuttle bus service was timely both directions and the drivers extremely friendly and helpful. Desk staff directed us to late night dining options and held our bags in the morning while we did a quick run to Costco, which is conveniently located right across the road.
