Such an easy location to get to from the airport. Yvr - skytrain - seabus - hotel. Restaurants, the lonsdale quay and shops all within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Stayed fr Grey Cup, half the price of hotels downtown with the 12 min seabus to get downtown just a way to enjoy the amazing water views and city transportation without looking for parking. Lonsdale Quey Had amazing food next door.

Our stay at Pinnacle at the Pier was outstanding! First time we stayed on the north shore (vs. downtown Van). Service was excellent, atmosphere was posh but not stuffy. Very walkable, excellent view of the pier. Great cafe. Definitely would go again.

Several of us booked this hotel for 2 nights (3 rooms) and the experience was not good. Upon check-in the front desk was not friendly and I was really not impressed with the extra add on costs - for example all the added taxes and fees for room and extra taxes and fees on parking. We were unfairly treated because we did not book through hotel directly. We were charged extra for booking through Expedia and the most disappointing is that we tried to call first but could not reach the front desk so we booked online. The room was clean with a great view, but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we barely slept. As well the bathroom had a glass wall with a blind that could be open from the outside, very creepy and strange. I could possibly understand if the blind was on the inside of the glass so if the person showering or having a bath wanted to open the blind to see out they could, but it was on the outside. I have never experienced a peep show room in what I thought was a classier hotel. When I inquired at the front desk why our room was more expensive and our parking was more expensive than our friends, the response at the front desk was an unfriendly "well you booked through Expedia so you don't get a discount and you don't receive the complimentary gift." And that was it, they walked away. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor ever stay there again.

The pinnacle at the pier is located in the beautiful Lonsdale Quoy, conveniently next to the sea bus. The staff are kind and accommodating and the rooms are really quite nice. It’s a great option for a stay really close to downtown Vancouver.
