I was checked in by an intern who appeared friendly to the guests ahead of me but seemed less pleasant when it was my turn. I'm not sure why there was a change in attitude, but it made me feel uncomfortable. As for the room, I was disappointed by its size and quality, which did not meet my expectations. During my first night, I encountered multiple bugs in the room and killed at least four. When I informed the front desk, I felt like my concerns were dismissed.
Although I had booked for two nights, I wanted to check out after the first night due to my dissatisfaction, but I was told this wasn’t possible without the property manager present. Because of my poor experience, I decided to cut my trip short and booked a flight home the next day. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of my stay.
As for their reviews, it seems that guests who leave negative feedback may be offered snacks or other incentives to improve or remove their reviews. While I can't say this is always the case, it’s something I observed during my stay.
