It supposed to be one bedroom apartment with kitchen and stove. Stove was there but electricity was not included in rent all socket was power off you have to call building super to fix problem.what a joke.

I will start with things that I like: staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the location was good. However, the hotel itself was bad: bad smell throughout the hotel, we saw a bug in the bathroom, the floors were sticky especially in the room. I was very disappointed. In fact, I was so disappointed that I checked out the next morning even though I paid for 3 nights. They said that they can’t do a refund for the other two nights but I left anyways. Bad decision in booking it, good decision in checking out faster. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures…

Absolutely disgusting, bedbugs, dirty surfaces, dirty bedding, blood stain on bedding…. Wouldn’t not refund money for the booking for my three night stay, left after one night due to terrible condition. Absolute bait and switch.

this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was stained including sheets and towels. Lampshades were all ripped. Lamps were dirty side tables stained and falling apart. the bathroom vanity was ripping out of the wall all together not worth the 546.00

Hidden budget gem in the ❤️ of Vancouver.

Pleasantly surprised...heart of downtown at half the price of other hotels in the area. Not the largest room or most comfortable bed, but adequate, with a nicely appointed kitchenette.

Beware there is a 25 dollar charge to use stove or oven. There are no signs in room nor was it mentioned at check- in. Beware of this before you buy groceries
