I choose this hotel because of its location. The property overall looks clean and new. However, the rooms are not as cleaned as expected. I am allergic to dust and I don’t think they vacuum the room often because I have been scratching so much when walking bare feet. Also, the detergent that they used to wash the bath towels might not be hypoallergenic. My skin was very itchy after using it. One final comment is that they should clarify the instructions to have the room services. I found out that apparently they won’t clean the room if you don’t notify the request to front desk the night before or before 10 am. But, besides from that, front desk staff services were great, friendly and helpful.

Good and clean. Had a penthouse room. Shower handle was broken. Got it to work after a lot of fiddling. Spacious and stocked well. Would be nice if movies were offered for a price, or easy smart phone mirroring or syncing for laptops. Could also use room service menu, not sure if room service was actually an option. Also a pamphlet of hotel amenities could have been nice.

We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle service 9/18 from 2.55am even though I requested this service with the time I needed it from the night before. So the shuttle wasnt reliable which raised my anxiety.
