Not the best. We got off our cruise in the morning so the hotel stored our luggage until checkin time- a plus. Very long trek to our room- what ever happened to bellmen?? Our room was very warm. Coolest temperature setting- but didn’t seem to cool off. I opened the window (no screen) and kept it open all night which was bearable. Only 2 bath towels and a (dirty) washcloth were in the bathroom. I requested hand towels and washcloths. After a very long wait what was delivered were 4 bath towels ??!! Whatever. The bed was comfortable. And shuttle service to the airport was another plus.

Transport shuttles every 1/2 hour to airport. Denny’s restaurant within walking distance. Chop steakhouse and bar located inside hotel has great food. Pricey but consider the convenience. Staff is friendly and helpful. One negative is the cleaning staff didn’t bring fresh towels or tidy up the room until the third day of our stay and only after they were asked to please clean our room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Staff service was very poor, house keeping took hours to respond to my request. I asked for cutlery in the room to have my lunch(called 4 times) . And it took more than 1 hour to respond to my request and my whole food get cold, and then i asked for Iron in the morning, which was not at all completed and I checked out from the hotel without that . I did not expected that from the Sandman Signature Vancouver (i will call it Sadman) Even my bed head board was damaged which was very nicely covered with pillow. The amount I spent on booking the room does not justify the service I got from them.
