We came here for the Eras tour. It was perfect location to walk 12 min to BC Place. Staff was so friendly and eras tour theme. Photo spots and friendship bracelets in the hotel waiting for us. We had a corner room with king bed. Very nice and cozy robes. I loved this boutique hotel. Staff was awesome and sooo friendly. We had a great time.

Will Stay Again
My husband and I stayed at the Victorian for two nights on a romantic weekend. The service was impeccable. We were so impressed with the outreach from their management ahead of our trip and the virtual concierge site they provided. The hotel is cozy, the room was cute, the bed was very comfy. It was a lovely stay. Also, I'm not sure what fragrance they use, but it smells like a spa and I loved it.

Review
We enjoyed it. The location was an easy fivd minute walk from gas town, and although parking was limited it was easy to secure a spot and then we had a fob for gated parking for the rest of the stay. I was worried about the shared bathroom but this was not an issue at all and the bathrooms were clean and spatious. Bathrooms are single toilet single shower, not dormitory or public washroom style. I would probably stay again for the rate and location.

The Victorian is a great boutique hotel. The staff was super friendly and let us store our bags before check in. It is conveniently located downtown. We went to a concert at Roger’s arena and was a 8min walk. Great place highly recommend

This was one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. A beautiful mixture of classic and modern. Extremely comfortable bed and the Rhea’s very big. A beautiful touch having bathrobes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was a bargain. We’ll be back for sure.

We had mixed feelings on our one night stay. The positives were that the hotel was near many shops, restaurants, all (walking distance) and that was very convenient. My cousin and I stayed in a one bedroom with shared bathrooms which was a different experience for us. The restrooms were located outside of the room. They were always available even though they were shared. The bed sheets had pink/yellowish stains and honestly the smell of the sheets, duvet was so strong that we took off the bed sheets and decided to sleep without it. I’m not sure what they use when washing them but the smell was very off. Other than that, the room was clean with clean towels, bathrobes & the simple amenities like soap and coffee. The sink in the room was a little strange to have but it only ran hot water. No cold. I would like to give this hotel another chance but I don’t see myself staying here again. I also felt like getting charged for parking was not okay. I believe hotel parking should come included as part of your stay and paying $25 tax a night was a bit much. Check in process was quick and easy and the staff here are very friendly.

Great stay for my solo trip
Had a great stay. Arrived early and they stowed my bag for me until my room was ready. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, shared bathrooms were clean and up to date. Linens were high quality and the bed was very comfortable. I loved this hotel and will definitely return.

My main issue with stay was having no bathroom in room. I checked the Expedia listing, there was no mention of shared bathrooms. They msg you two days before your start letting you know at that point it is shared. I missed the msg, because they sent two msg so had to scroll up to see the warning. I felt this was very deceptive of management. If they let me know it was shared bathrooms I would have went else where. Parking area also very hard to get in/out of. When walking to get pizza from hotel, we had to dodge human feces and throw up on side walk.
