Great overnight stay in Venice before cruise departure. Easy access from train and bus terminal. Staff was super helpful to make arrangements. Room was rather small, but that is standard in Europe and definitely in historic Venice. Room comfortable with all needed amenities.

The bartender was extremely friendly and made the BEST gin martini ever! The hotel upgraded us to the penthouse suite and we’d loved it. But definitely recommend this hotel. It also has an amazing beautiful garden.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room a bit on small side but typical of Europe. Bathroom perfect with nice size shower. Marta at reception vey pleasant and helpful. She notice that we spoke French so she addressed us in French. Rest of staff also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very fresh. Close to bus and people mover. Would recommend this hotel.
