The best sunrise and sunset view! Staff was amazing from valet to check in. Room was super clean and the area is close to everything. Went walking downtown for dinner and drinks a great place within walking distance of anything you can imagine.

The customer service from all staff I encountered was amazing. The hotel was clean and very modern looking. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that bothered me was the training that went by every few hours, it was loud.

Great check in and desk service. Thanks for the upgraded room! Very clean and great view. Only issue is that the bed mattress was a bit broken down on the (facing from the foot) left (window) side. Made sleeping difficult.

Nice! However, the room carpet nearest the bathroom was wet upon check in and it remained wet for the duration of the stay. Had to put down towels and then the room smell became water smell. 😒 Sydney was great and she replied to messages sent.

We were told it was unsafe for us to park our own car, so we paid for valet But when we were leaving we noticed other guests parkimg their cars in the secure area. We feel we were misinformed just to get us to use their valet services
