The property itself is really cool, a hotel on the beach. Really nice. The onlyknock on this hotel was that there was low tide in the morning that affected the beach in the area.

Although the property could use an update (beds, flooring, showers the big beach chair for pictures is broken), the staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome! The food I tried was ok. The tour company Panamazing was awesome. Overall, a nice stay!

If your use to all inclusive like RIU, Dreams, or Hyatt this is not the place for you. It’s nothing like an all inclusive. Only 1 choice for breakfast sometimes dinner as well, room service not included in the all inclusive package. And most staff is not friendly.

DO TO THE GLOBAL CLOUD STRIKE CYBER ATTACK OUR FLIGHT WAS CANACELED. AFTER MANY ATTEMPS TO REACH THE HOTEL. LEAVING MESSAGES AND SENDING AN EMAIL. NO RESPONSE!!! TRYING TO BE REFUNDED FOR A TRIP WE COULDN'T MAKE DO TO FLIGHTS BEING GROUNDED. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER BOOK THIS SORRY HOTEL AGAIN. The hotel (Room, pool, beach) was beautiful, staff was nice, the food was good, fruit is fresh. It took a few calls to get room service, but once ordered the food came pretty fast.

The property was beautiful! The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room accommodation was perfect. It was for guests in one room and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The room was spacious. On the other hand, what I did not like was the lack of nightly entertainment. Guess went back to their rooms. I understand a Monday through Thursday, but the weekend the entertainment should have been vital for a more joyful time at the resort.

As long as you are staying in the property and enjoying the pools and the beach, you are OK. The beach has a lot of dirt floating around in the water. The hotel doesn’t make any effort to clean it up if you ever go out to the city and try to come back in the evening, crossing the bridges of America takes almost an hour when you normally take 15 minutes to get back to the hotel?

Beautiful resort , even loved the low tide beach that happens every 5 hours … can collect shells . The staff was super sweet and going during low season was great !! Very accommodating and attentive to my family . Loved it . One feedback I would give is the rooms lighting needs to be more bright …. The lightning is warm and dim .It is nice but for the night when getting ready and wanting to put makeup while others are in the restroom , it’s hard to see . They should put more brighter lighting in the rooms

The hotel is lovely; the rooms were very nice & comfortable, & views from the ocean view rooms were nice to see boats in the Panama Canal from your room. The biggest pool was shut down for over a day and a half of our stay while they ever-so-slowly worked on cleaning for the weekend crowd, so we couldn't enjoy it much. Expect your room fridges to NOT be cold. They won't fix it. (We had 2 rms) Spa services are lacking, such as a blanket to drape for massage—it was just a thin towel. It was cold in the room. The massage was great, but the room was sterile, like a hospital, & too bright. The pools are very nice, so if you want a nice hotel stay only, this is for you. The food is fair. We've had exceptional food in other areas, so I say this from much travel experience. It seemed that every "restaurant" that they claim to have is getting food from the same kitchen & bringing it back to these areas. Starfish restaurant onsite was lacking tremendously. We waited a very long time to get our food so it was late when we were finally getting our dinner-not worth that wait. I ordered a pizza from the Oregano Italian restaurant, and it was also a long time to get a small pizza. They do NOT get in a hurry at all to serve here. The buffet is the only place where you don't have to wait a long time to eat. The worst part of this trip was the nasty beach. This beach is not safe or clean at all. Tons of trash & logs everywhere. Broken glass jars, too! No SAND-just broken shells to walk on.
