This was our first time staying at this hotel and everything was great, including the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. Only thing to improve upon is that we were second floor facing the parking lot so it was neither picturesque nor private. Request an upgrade if possible in this scenario.

The hotel is located few minutes from downtown, even the Fisherman's Wharf is less than a half an hour away on foot. However, it is located on a steep hill, the location might not be suitable to anyone with mobility issues. Also, there are often long waits at the elevators. Staff is either very helpful or look like they just woken up, even in the middle of the day. Overall, it is a nice, clean hotel, very close to everything.

This was a last minute decision to stay here and we are so glad we chose this hotel. The choices were few on the long weekend but this is one of the few hotels we have not stayed in and we can’t believe how long it has taken us to discover this gem! The staff is incredible, the bedroom suite makes it feel as if you are at home. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you need. And even electric car charging! Huge points. The Vista 18 restaurant is truly and literally above all. Food, service and view are tops.
